Introducing the latest addition to our family. Lauren ignores the AAP Back to Sleep recommendation and sleeps just like her mother, face down, arms tucked, legs crossed.

My how things change
It's been a while since I've posted here, and a lot has changed since then. We've packed up and move from California to Massachusetts to be closer to our families. We bought a house. We had a second baby. Yes, it's been busy times.

Taking photos
Max has obviously been watching me take photos, because he knows exactly how to take pictures with my little camera. We're very impressed with the pictures he takes. Many of them are of the floor or the ceiling, but now and again he's spot-on shooting.

Living the Luau
We all took a trip to Hawaii recently. We stayed up near Hanalei, on the north shore of the island of Kaua'i. We did a lot of things while we were there, but this particular photo is from a luau we went to in Princeville.

Lazy Sunday
I set up the hammock in the back yard today and Max just couldn't wait to play in it! We climbed in and had a great time just listening to birds and the breeze as airplanes passed lazily overhead.

Peek a Boo
We were playing peek-a-boo through the windows of Max's little play house. I think he was about to tumble through the window here, a result of having just a little more boo than peek.

Breakfast by the lake
We had a great time camping in Gilroy this past weekend. One morning Max took Dad's coffee and asked to sit in the swing-chair. I'm sure the warm mug felt good after the cold night in the tent.
