Being a model in a photo shoot is hard work.

I realized that we just don't take enough pictures of Lauren. She spends a third of her time nursing, a third sleeping, and the rest playing in my arms on the floor with me, and that just is not that great for getting pictures. But, Josh and I did a photo shoot the other night. Here is the cutest one. She really is a very funny and smiley little girl who laughs all the time, just rarely for the camera.

I can't believe how fast Lauren is growing. She has gotten tall enough to peak out of the top of a MT now. 

Ready to Go!

Max packed his backpack full of toys and books, then grabbed a couple of airplanes and put them in a sling before we headed out the door. He was prepared for everything. :)

Max and his baby doll are all bundled up and ready to play in the snow. 

No, I Don't Need Naps.

Max really fights us when we try to get him to nap these days. The results, he is often pretty tired come dinner time. I started him with dinner as the veggies were finishing, and when I returned to the table with the peas, this is what I found. 

Family Shot

I really wanted to get a picture of the family, but it is just not that easy to get everyone to look good at the same time. Diamond thinks we should get on with it. 

Daddy's Girl

Lauren loves to be carried by her Daddy. One of these days I really need to get him a ring sling that fits him. 

Max Making Biscuits

Max takes his cooking very seriously and is actually getting pretty good with the rolling pin.

Josh is really enjoying his workshop and the tools he got for Christmas. He built these nice shelves to organize Max's toys as well as a stool and train table.

Hanging with Uncle Paul

Josh's brother, Paul came to visit just after Christmas. Lauren took to him right away. 

Is Anybody Looking?

Max looks like he is guilty of something, but he was kust enjoying grapes at "Uncle" Paul and "Aunty" Kistin's house on New Years Day.
